Easy Operation
Melco’s patented Acti-Feed™ system revolutionized the embroidery industry many years ago by making embroidery machines easier to learn and use. Melco Amaya Bravo combines that technology with a simplified user interface, so machine operation and training is easier than ever. New machine operators can be trained in as little as 30 minutes.

Industrial Platform
The machine cart is designed for mobility, strength and functionality. If mobility is part of your business plan, Melco Amaya Bravo will deliver. Sturdy wheels enable you to easily move the machine from one part of your shop to another. The new machine stand was designed with a large open space under the pantograph so that large, bulky items are free to move with the machine. For those that desire a working surface, a removable table top is optional.

Features that Maximize Embroidery Production

Melco Amaya Bravo is a 16 needle embroidery machine. There are many time-saving advantages to having 16 needles (or thread colors) available on a single machine:

• Set up the machine with many different colors, switch between designs quickly, without re-threading the machine.

• 16 available colors means you can sew more colorful, complex designs without having to add colors and re-thread the machine, saving time.

• Multiple cones of the same color can be added. If a cone runs out, simply switch to another cone of the same color and keep sewing.

Melco Amaya Bravo can sew at speeds up to 1200 stitches per minute on most products. Many conventional embroidery machines are limited to a few hundred stitches per minute.

Sew Field
Amaya Bravo is capable of embroidery on everything from shirt pockets and sleeves to large jacket backs. The pocket clamp attachment enables embroidery at very small sizes on shirt pockets, while the largest hoops enable embroidery up to 15.7" x 16.1" on jacket backs and other large items. For sewing caps, the machine has a 270° sew field, enabling embroidery on the sides and front panel.

Accessories
A wide selection of accessories are compatible with Amaya Bravo embroidery machines. The popular Mighty Hoops, Slimline Clamping system, table tops, and patch frames expand the machine's ability even further.
